Dr Pragya Batra is a practising dentist serving the western community of Melbourne for over twelve years. Her multiple years of experience in dentistry is coupled with her genuine concern for her patients. Dr Pragya provides a full range of dental services encompassing prevention, restoration, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Jessica Elizabeth Charles believes in a holistic approach and provides personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, aiming for results that are healthy and natural.
As a dentist with overseas advanced training in Orthodontics, she is passionate about helping patients achieve confident and beautiful smiles. Dr. Jessica combines over 12 years of clinical experience with a refined eye for balance, symmetry, and facial harmony for smile design.
She has a special love for working with children and finds great joy in calming her young patients. Her friendly approach turns visits into positive and encouraging experiences for both children and parents.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Jessica enjoys singing at her church and looks forward to every opportunity to be creative. Ms Betty Grima - Hygienist
Ms Betty is a dedicated Dental Hygienist with over 15 years of clinical experience in periodontics, orthodontics, orofacial myology, and preventive dentistry. Passionate about oral health, Ms Betty believes that healthy smiles begin with education, early intervention, and a gentle, patient-centred approach.
Throughout her career, Ms Betty has worked alongside leading periodontists, orthodontists, and general dentists across Sydney, Melbourne, and Hobart, providing comprehensive dental hygiene and orthodontic care to patients of all ages. She has developed strong expertise in orofacial myofunctional therapy, helping patients improve tongue posture, swallowing patterns, nasal breathing, and muscle function to support facial development, airway health, and long-term orthodontic stability.
Known for her calm and caring nature, Ms Betty is committed to creating positive dental experiences and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their oral health journey. She takes pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, empathy, and personalised care, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of treatment in a welcoming environment.
Outside of dentistry, Ms Betty enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beautiful boys. She loves travelling, staying active, movie nights and going to church.
